First 4 -week course:

Theme: Absolute Beginner

You´ll learn ne the basics of both dance styles

Second 4 -week course:

18.2., 25.2, 3.3., 10.3.

Theme: Twerk & Tricks

Durin this period you´ll learn new tricks and you can challenge yourself

Third 4 -week course:

17.3., 24.3., 7.4., 14.4.

Theme: Twerk´N Pole Choreo

You´ll be focusing of creating hot and sexy choreo

Fourth 4 -week course:

21.4., 28.4., 5.5., 12.5.

Theme: Twerk N Pole Heels

Now that you have learned the basics, cool choreo and some tricks you can take the dancing to the next level with heels. Bring your heels (optional) and great energy with you. You´ll learn h ow to move with the heels and new tricks.
